More than 200 classical musical instruments, donated by the National Endowment of the Arts in Washington DC were shipped to Iraq and will be received by Creative Learning’s volunteer team on the ground and then donated to the Ministry of Culture in Iraq for the Baghdad Conservatory of Music and Ballet and other musical training institutions.
“In addition, a grant was received from the NEA to procure traditional Iraqi instruments. With support of our volunteers on the ground, and the coordination of the Ministry of Culture, we were able to supply local Iraqi instruments to the Baghdad Conservatory of Music and Ballet”.
